Terms and Conditions:

Participants with injuries or health issues should disclose them before participation.

Advait Yoga teachers are qualified but cannot provide diagnosis or treatment.

The school does not have a medical staff on-site

Advait Yoga Yoga does not provide liability insurance for program participants.

Participants release Advait Yoga and its staff from any claims or demands for injury or loss. The release applies to known and unknown injuries or damages.

The school and affiliated teachers/staff will take no liability if any injury occurs during the course and practice.

Advait Yoga may help connect participants with external medical resources but is not responsible for arranging or acquiring these services.

Participants must consult a doctor and cover their treatment costs in case of injury.

Pregnant participants participate at their own risk, as well as the risk of their unborn child/children.

Payment and Booking Policy: 

Book any program by depositing $300 

Due amount 30 days before the training

Free and easy date changes

Participants must include a 3% transaction fee for bank transfers or debit/credit/master card payments.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

Booking amount non-refundable

Full payment cancellation within 10 days with a deduction of the booking amount 

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

Shipping is not applicable for business.

Etticate and Rules:

Maintain a positive and happy attitude during training.

Embrace the differences between Indian and Western cultures.

Be open-minded and avoid comparing past experiences with current teachings.

Adhere to the Yamas and Niyamas (according to Patanjali) to the best of your ability.

Always show patience, kindness, respect, and courtesy towards your fellow participants, teachers, staff, and volunteers.

Your Admission does not guarantee a certificate. 100% attendance is a must for all the classes/sessions. Participants will be evaluated based on teaching practices, behavior, progress, and attendance.

Participant’s agreement:

I accept receiving physical adjustments during Yoga classes, but I can inform the instructor if I don’t want them.

I take responsibility for any loss or damage to my personal property during the Event or Yoga classes.

I voluntarily participate in Advait Yoga’s Program, including Meditation, Pranayama, Asana, Chanting, Philosophy, Hands-on Adjustment, and other yoga activities.
