Yoga is an ongoing journey and exploration. 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is an excellent opportunity to become a student again and take your practice to a higher and more profound level. In this course, you will explore, learn, exercise, and teach advanced asanas, pranayama, mudra therapy, bandhas, and meditation. You are practicing alignment and adjustment in asanas, understanding anatomy, and physiology with Yoga. In addition, advanced Yoga Philosophy, yogic detox, essential Ayurveda, and Yogic diet will be taught and discussed. You must have completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training with a registered Yoga school to join this course.
