Dear Yogis! We are delighted to welcome you to our 100-hour Yoga Meditation Teacher Training Thailand. This transformative journey is designed to deepen your understanding and practice of yoga while equipping you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a competent and confident yoga teacher.

100-Hour Yoga Meditation Teacher Training

Yoga is a path for bringing your body, mind, and soul into harmony and for exploring the spiritual dimension of your being. Yoga is not only about the asanas (postures); it is the journey towards realizing the Higher Self, the ultimate goal of all life. To achieve this realization, one must master the eight limbs of Yoga: the Yama’s, Niyama, Asanas, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and ultimately Samadhi.
These 12 days will be a healing and transforming process, and you will be able to meditate regularly with positive results, and you will be able to share meditations with others.
