PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

Sometimes we may take pictures or video recordings during the course for students and marketing. Advait Yoga may use these for marketing purposes. If you do not want to be included in these pictures or videos, please let us know and we will make sure we are not using any pictures or videos of you.

ALCOHOL AND DRUG POLICY

The use of alcohol and recreational drugs is prohibited during the retreats, including during free time. Breaking this policy will result in eviction from the course without being entitled to any refund.

LIABILITY WAIVER

In consideration for participation in Advait Yoga training or events, you hereby release Advait Yoga, their officers and employees, from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in any activity held under Advait Yoga.

You acknowledges that Advait Yoga does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in any activity held under the name Advait Yoga.

You hereby assume all of the risk of participation in any and all activities associated with Advait Yoga practices and teachings, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.
